A prominent recruitment agency in Bristol is seeking TA Specialists to drive high volume hiring strategies. Candidates should demonstrate experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders and expertise in candidate sourcing across various channels. will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates, ensuring all quality thresholds and SLAs/KPIs are met.
They will deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience.
Using a range of data led sourcing insights to determine the best hiring strategy for each requisition, leveraging data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis to find the best talent in the market.
