The Opportunity

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume hiring efforts with a strong focus on candidate experience, quality of hire, and speed. You will serve as an individual contributor managing multiple openings, partnering with internal teams to fill roles quickly and strategically.

Requirements

  • Own and execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, extending offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job needs and ideal candidate profiles
  • Write compelling, accurate job descriptions aligned to hiring goals
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Optimize job postings and promotion strategies for reach and conversion
  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from first touch to offer
  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance) and report weekly
  • Maintain data points and compliance in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support employer branding efforts to increase candidate engagement and pipeline strength
  • Continuously improve recruiting workflows and introduce automation where possible

Core Competencies

  • Candidate Assessment: Skilled in behavioral interviewing, evaluating candidate fit across competencies, and managing bias
  • Sourcing Expertise: Confident using Boolean search, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools to find passive talent
  • Communication: Clear, persuasive written and verbal communicator who can represent our brand to candidates
  • Prioritization: Ability to manage and fill 12–18 positions at once while delivering on service level agreements with hiring managers
  • Resilience: Maintains urgency and focus in a high-volume, fast-changing environment
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using ATS, scheduling tools, and collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Paylocity)
  • Process Orientation: Understands how to build repeatable systems that scale

Measures of Success

  • Hires per Week: Meet or exceed 10 hires/week goal
  • Time-to-Fill: Average time to hire within 10 business days from posting
  • Quality of Hire: 90-day retention rate of 90%+ for new hires
  • Candidate Experience: =90% positive feedback on candidate experience surveys
  • Offer Acceptance Rate: =85% acceptance rate of extended offers
  • ATS Accuracy: 100% up-to-date and compliant records for all requisitions and candidates

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting (especially Go-To-Market or healthcare roles)
  • Strong experience with ATS and LinkedIn
  • Proven success managing 12–18 open roles simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and people discernment skills
  • Experience delivering structured interviews and hiring manager coaching
