R_328858 Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer – Maternity Cover for 12 months

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team at Marsh. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This is a 12 month maternity leave cover where you will be part of a team who support Marsh McLennan’s UK businesses and are part of a global function of recruiting professionals.

We will count on you to:
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring managers in Marsh and Guy Carpenter to develop effective sourcing strategies for each role
  • Utilise various sourcing channels including our CRM, social media platforms, professional networks and referrals to engage with potential candidates
  • Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of engaged candidates for current and future vacancies
  • Conduct thorough screening of candidates to understand their ambitions and match them to Marsh McLennan’s requirements
  • Compile and regularly update market maps of potential candidates across the UK (Re)Insurance markets
What you need to have:
  • Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer or Recruitment Agency Resourcer
  • Detailed and current understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication skills
What makes you stand out?
  • Recruitment experience gained from within the Insurance market, Professional Services or Consulting
  • Up-to-date understanding and knowledge of the (re)insurance market
  • Experience ofusing Phenom would be advantageous but is not essential
