AMCO is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Co-ordinator in Redditch for a part-time role, based at AMCO Park. The role focuses on attracting, sourcing and securing high-quality talent while delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, draft job adverts, source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and liaise with IT and payroll to ensure a smooth start for new hires.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through to offer acceptance.
• Coordinate an end-to-end onboarding programme for new hires.

Mansioni

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through to offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs
• Draft and post job advertisements
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pipelines
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes
• Maintain strong candidate engagement and provide a positive recruitment experience
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
• Coordinate an end-to-end onboarding programme for new hires
• Prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
• Liaise with IT, payroll, and hiring teams to ensure a smooth start
• Act as the first point of contact for new employees during onboarding
• Support improved employee retention through effective hiring decisions and a positive onboarding experience.
• Ensure recruitment and onboarding activities comply with employment law and company policies
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in HR systems
• Support right-to-work checks, background screening, and compliance procedures
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data analysis
