Job summary

AMCO in Redditch is seeking an Internal Recruiter & Onboarding Co-ordinator. This part-time role (20–25 hours per week) offers hybrid working and requires coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, screen applications, draft job ads, coordinate interviews, prepare contracts, and liaise with IT, payroll, and HR to ensure a smooth start for new hires. Occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pipelines.
• Coordinate an end-to-end onboarding programme for new hires.
• Ensure recruitment and onboarding activities comply with employment law and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Attract, source and secure high-quality talent across the Group.
• Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees.
• Coordinate contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, payroll and hiring teams to ensure a smooth start.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract candidates.
