Confidential in Redditch is seeking an Internal Recruiter & Onboarding Co-ordinator. This part-time role (20-25 hours per week) supports flexible hybrid working and occasional travel for recruitment activities.

You will manage full recruitment lifecycle, draft adverts, source candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate onboarding, and ensure HR compliance while delivering a positive candidate journey.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through to offer.
• Ability to draft and post job advertisements and source candidates effectively.
• Familiar with onboarding programmes and HR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs.
• Draft and post job advertisements; source candidates via job boards and networks.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview processes.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and prepare documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and HR policies; maintain records.
