Ad Warrior Ltd in Redditch is seeking an Internal Recruiter & Onboarding to attract, source, and secure high-quality talent across the Group while delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and coordinate end-to-end onboarding to ensure smooth starts.

The role supports organisational growth by filling vacancies efficiently, ensuring a positive candidate journey, and integrating new starters into the business.

Qualifications

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through to offer acceptance.
• Coordinate an end-to-end onboarding programme for new hires.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
• Support improved employee retention through effective hiring decisions and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs; draft and post job advertisements.
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and pipelines.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement and provide a positive recruitment experience.
• Coordinate an end-to-end onboarding programme for new hires.
• Prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
• Liaise with IT, payroll, and hiring teams to ensure a smooth start.
• Act as the first point of contact for new employees during onboarding.
• Support improved employee retention through effective hiring decisions and onboarding.
