Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd in Redditch is seeking an Internal Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator for a part-time role (20-25 hours/week). Flexible hybrid working is available, with occasional travel to Group locations as needed.

You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This role supports onboarding, contracts, IT/payroll liaison and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Knowledge of employment law and compliant processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Draft and post job advertisements and source candidates.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, coordinate processes.
• Maintain candidate engagement and support employer branding.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and prepare contracts and docs.
• Liaise with IT, payroll, and hiring teams for smooth starts.
• Ensure compliance with policies and right-to-work checks.
• Support HR reporting, audits and data analysis.
