What will you be doing?
  • Review, screen and select candidate applications for Pilot vacancies across our Boeing and Airbus fleet.
  • Organise and conduct interviews, and assessment days.
  • Write advert copy, advertise and promote vacancies, and conduct direct sourcing.
  • Conduct telephone interviews and evaluate video interviews.
Management of group email inboxes and SharePoint sites
  • Ensure the best possible candidate experience is delivered through regular communication and proactive management of applications.
  • Ensure candidate document compliance is maintained.
What are we looking for?
  • Strong planning & organisational skills with excellent attention to detail - able to execute at pace.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels within the business.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and motivated.
  • Experience working in a fast paced and high touch Talent Acquisition team would be ideal, but not essential.
