Stanton House, a specialist global recruitment firm, is seeking a Talent Coordinator to support our UK and US Talent Acquisition teams. You’ll coordinate the recruitment journey from sourcing to onboarding, building strong pipelines and partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work at pace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment journey from sourcing to interview stages.
• Assist hiring managers with offers and onboarding.
• Maintain talent pipelines and relationships with rec2rec partners.
• Own and update job adverts to ensure strong candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding across channels.
• Support onboarding and learning & development activities.
