This is an exciting opportunity to join our People team and support Talent Acquisition across our UK and US businesses. You'll coordinate the recruitment journey from sourcing and first-stage interviews and support hiring managers during offer and onboarding. You manage our keep in touch process, building strong talent pipelines and relationships with our recruitment parters as you go.
It’s a varied, hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact. Alongside hiring, you’ll get exposure to the wider People function, including Learning & Development, onboarding and employer branding.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across Stanton House, helping us continuously improve how we attract, engage and hire great people.
