Job summary

Creditsafe is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People team in the UK. You will help attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across the organisation, delivering a positive candidate experience and collaborating with Hiring Managers.

In this role you will support multiple departments, manage recruitment processes, and contribute to strengthening our employer brand while building talent pools for future hires in a fast-paced, international business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, customer service, sales support or another people-focused role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident building relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.
• Ability to work proactively and independently while supporting a wider team.
• Comfortable conducting telephone and virtual candidate screenings.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and recruitment systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the sourcing and attraction of high-quality candidates across a variety of roles and disciplines.
• Review applications, shortlist candidates and conduct initial screening calls to assess suitability and cultural fit.
• Prepare candidate recommendations and work closely with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications and ensure a seamless recruitment experience from application through to offer.
• Maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support reporting requirements.
• Help strengthen Creditsafe's employer brand through social media, networking events and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain candidate talent pools to support future hiring requirements.
• Assist with offer management, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities for new starters.
• Support the recruitment social media calendar by creating engaging content that showcases our people, culture and career opportunities.
