We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to partner with client teams, manage interview logistics, and own the candidate experience across high-volume hiring while delivering data-driven insights to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment, HR, or admin roles.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment in a tech setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced technology organization.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• High level of data integrity.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
• Experience with Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client talent acquisition and hiring teams to move senior candidates through interviews.
• Own interviewer management and align engineering interview availability.
• Own candidate experience and create memorable interactions to attract top talent.
• Schedule candidate interviews, travel, and logistics accurately.
• Manage ad hoc talent projects, including data and reporting work.
