Townhouse in London is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own recruitment across our Support Centre and Salons, partnering closely with hiring managers to recruit top talent and uphold Townhouse values. • Proven experience in an in-house multi-site environment or agency recruitment.
• Ability to own and hit weekly/monthly targets and KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience flexing focus across salons and central teams in response to business demand.
• Confident managing the full candidate journey from sourcing to offer.
• Highly organised, flexible and able to prioritise changing workload.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and AI to optimise processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Permanent and Temporary recruitment for our Support Centre.
• Run the first-stage cultural fit interview for every Support Centre hire.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Create engaging job adverts and write clear job descriptions.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and support pre-employment checks.
• Contribute to employer branding and wider talent initiatives.
• Recruit for Salon teams during busy periods based on demand.
• Hit weekly hours targets and KPIs while minimising vacancy rates.
