The companys headquarters is in the UK with offices in the Netherlands, Singapore, South Africa, China, Dubai, Thailand, Taiwan, India, Korea, France, Germany and The Americas with further office openings planned for next year.

Job Title: System Administrator

Site: On Site. Sandbach, UK

Hours: 37.5 per week; 8:30am till 4:30pm or 9:00am till 5:00pm

Purpose of the role

To ensure the smooth and successful running of internal IT systems by providing support in maintenance and efficiency and using Power BI to provide reports to the business as required.

What you will do
  • Process new starters/leavers/changes as necessary in relation to IT accessibility and profiles.
  • Investigate software issues and work in unison with the business needs and software suppliers to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to regional office success by the testing and maintenance of existing and new software.
  • Assist the business in making our IT systems more efficient for users including the development of new enhancements/customisations.
  • Assist the business with IT projects relating to the improvement of our IT systems and business processes.
  • Using Power BI – create reports and handle queries from our internal IT systems to aid the business.
  • Assist the business with end user training on developed Power BI dashboards.
  • Assist the IT Manager and Applications Manager in the maintenance of the IT systems.
  • Develop strong relations with employees and suppliers.
  • Support other members of the IT team in developing our IT systems and supporting the business.
  • Promote and act as a role model for the companys core values and behaviours.
What you will bring
  • Experience in creating dashboards and business reports using Power BI is essential.
  • Experience in SQL reporting tools to run queries and reports.
  • Software maintenance, reporting, and administration skills.
  • An ability to focus, and work as part of a small team towards a shared goal.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Adaptable with a can‑do attitude and accountability.
  • Curiosity and the ability to brainstorm and contribute to problem‑solving.
  • Desirable experience (but full training will be given):
  • SAP Crystal Reports and SAP B1.
  • Automated processing tools such as Codeless BPA (desirable).
  • Understanding JSON and xml output files.
