Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Switchboard Operator to join our team based in the Liverpool office of a financial services firm.

The switchboard operator is at the forefront of our clients business setting the precedent for the customer experience!

The successful candidate will be required to provide the highest level of customer care to incoming callers. They will personally identify the needs of the caller and redirect them to the appropriate client contact ensuring that all calls are completed in line with the clients call approach.

The Switchboard Operator must convey a positive attitude and professional first impression whilst promoting and creating culture of service excellence. They will be friendly articulate and provide an accurate service whilst remaining security focused.

Hours: reason 40 hours per week shifts between 8am-6pm from Mon-Fri
Salary: 26208

Qualifications

We are looking for a friendly and passionate candidate with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exception experiences for our clients as well as possessing strong organisational communication skills and demonstrating a keen level of pro-activity with a range of tasks.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service. They will also have experience of managing a switchboard.
