Overview

Field Care Manager – Sutton, London. Location: Sutton. Salary: Competitive. Hours: Full-time. We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Field Care Manager to support our growing team and ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients in the community.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and regular reviews of care plans.

  • Carry out spot checks, competency assessments, and field observations.
  • Liaise with families, professionals, and other stakeholders.
