Sustainability Consultant | Permanent | Hybrid - Cheshire | up to £40,000

PT Renewables is partnered with a boutique sustainability consultancy looking for a brand-new sustainability consultant as they grow their consultancy team.

The Role

You’ll be delivering BREEAM and wider sustainability certifications across a range of sectors and project scales.

You’ll get hands-on influence over methodologies, strategy, reporting and client engagement rather than just ticking boxes in the background.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary consultancy team who value collaboration, autonomy and the ability to think beyond templates.

Your day-to-day
  • Lead BREEAM assessments
  • Contribute to or run HQM, SKA or Fitwel assessments (if you’ve got experience)
  • Guide clients through planning and compliance
  • Shape sustainability methodologies & strategies
  • Coordinate inputs from environmental specialists
  • Support fee proposals and client engagement
  • Help maintain internal QA, competency and smooth delivery
About You
  • Qualified in BREEAM
  • Understanding the planning process, building regs and environmental compliance
  • Can write clear, credible reports
  • Works well with clients and internal teams
  • Has commercial awareness (you’ll interact with real project constraints)
