Overview

An opportunity has arisen for one of the best Student accommodation teams in the business.

My client is looking for a chartered surveyor in the valuation team.

The successful candidate will need to evidence a clear preference for residential property over commercial; a genuine interest and ideally experience in student housing; and have both a strong understanding of valuations and the ability to produce reports to a high standard.

The role offers a supportive, development-focused environment with a real emphasis on teamwork to deliver the very best for clients. It also provides scope to cover the UK and visit key university towns and cities.

The position is based at the London office.
