The role offers hybrid working after training and consistent hours from Monday to Friday.
Survey Admin Assistant – Location: Newport (Hybrid once trained) • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm • Pay Rate: £13.58 per hour
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Survey Admin Assistant to join their busy Connections Department based in Newport. In this role, you will be responsible for raising surveys, liaising with engineers to open and close surveys, and communicating with customers via phone and email. You will also support the team with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department. Full training will be provided, and once you\'re confident in the role, hybrid working will be available.
You\'ll be joining a supportive team environment where you can develop your skills further while working a consistent Monday to Friday schedule.
