A leading charity recruitment specialist is seeking a Supporter Care Administrator for a temporary contract until March 2026. This role is home-based with weekly travel to Lingfield, Surrey. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional supporter care, managing enquiries, and processing donations. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporter care or customer service, strong administrative skills, and be proficient in CRM systems. 30 hours per week (4 or 5 days). Home‑based with weekly travel to Lingfield, Surrey. £14.30 ph.
Harris Hill is delighted to be recruiting a Supporter Care Administrator on behalf of a fantastic children’s charity. This role sits within a friendly and passionate Fundraising & Development team and plays a vital part in delivering an exceptional supporter experience.
The Supporter Care Administrator helps ensure every supporter feels valued, inspired and well looked after. You will be the first point of contact for donors, manage enquiries with warmth and professionalism, and support the smooth processing of donations.
