As Team Manager, you will provide strong day‑to‑day leadership and operational oversight of the service. You will manage a small team, ensuring high‑quality, trauma‑informed, and person‑centred support is delivered consistently.

You will also work closely with local authorities, health partners, and other stakeholders to provide coordinated, holistic support that promotes wellbeing, reduces harm, and encourages recovery and tenancy sustainment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and support a small team to deliver outstanding recovery-focused support.
  • Manage referrals, assessments, and personalised support plans.
  • Promote safeguarding and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and organisational policies.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and resilience when supporting individuals with complex needs.
  • Drive performance and service quality through regular supervision and coaching.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with external agencies and community organisations.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience managing or leading teams in supported housing, substance misuse, or social care.
  • Ability to assess and manage complex needs and risks with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confidence in managing challenging behaviour and promoting positive outcomes.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A qualification in Health and Social Care (or related field) would be advantageous but not essential.
Benefits Include
  • 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Flexible benefits package (including healthcare, dental, and lifestyle discounts).
  • Life assurance (4x salary).
  • Ongoing training and development, including funded qualifications.
  • Two paid volunteering days per year.
