As our Supported Housing Operations Manager, you’ll lead across a group of our supported living services. Your role will be pivotal in shaping vibrant, inclusive services that champion co-production, unlock sustainable futures, and give young people the best possible start in life. This is a home-based role with regular travel to sites, so flexibility is essential as our services continue to grow. The successful applicant will be required to register as our Ofsted Nominated Individual and take part in an on-call rota.
Your portfolio may include schemes across Dorset, Devon, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, and Gloucestershire.
