Full-time & Part-time posts available. Earn up to £24,307.67 per year pro rata.

About the Service

The service has been established since 1990. We provide long-term care to people with learning disabilities. The service is an 8-bed facility over two floors located in a rural community. We provide a high level of support and encourage people to develop and maintain their individual skills. We also support people to access their community to widen their social networks.

Responsibilities
  • Work with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable people.
  • Communicate and work well with supported people to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.
  • Be responsible in supporting individuals throughout activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement.
  • Update and maintain accurate records using a tablet on Arks Information Management system.
