• Role: Support Workers – Care Homes – Lochaber, Fort William & Skye
• Pay: £15 per hour (PAYE)
• Contract: Ongoing locum work
• Shifts: Day (08:00–20:00) and Night (20:00–08:00)
• Hours: Full Time or Part Time

What You Will Do

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to residents in care homes across the region.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meal support.
• Follow personalised care plans and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Accurately record observations and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Encourage social engagement and support residents’ emotional well-being.
