Qualifications

  • No previous experience is required, but lived experiences are a plus.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training programs.

  • What activities do we to do? Communal activity's a free online zoom sessions including Art crafts cooking dance exercise and more What are our aspirations? Delivering the best care to give the best lives possible to people we support
  • How do we like to explore our local communities? Speak up events such as safety in community local resources
  • How do we describe ourselves? Caring with passion and believing in potential.
  • How many colleagues are on shift at any one time? 3 support workers /Service leader
  • What shifts do you work on? Shift patterns 24-hour service
  • What do we need from you and what training would we give the staff that join us to be of their abilities? Community integrated care offers a variety of training programs for its employees including LEARN TO LEAD -A program for support workers to become service leaders. A program called GROW which is a learning development program that helps workers identify their skills and deliver the best care, E-LEARNING PROGRAM -online program based on the skills for care standards' offer a dare to learn platform
