As a Support Worker Waking Nights, you’ll support a gentleman in his 30s who has learning disabilities and is registered blind, living comfortably and safely in his own home. You’ll work alongside one other Support Worker, creating a calm and reassuring overnight environment.
This role offers more than routine tasks — it’s about building a connection. He loves music, sensory films, conversation and the occasional trip to the pub. You’ll get to share those interests, help him stay relaxed overnight and make sure he wakes up ready for a positive day.
Hours available: 20, 30 or 40 per week
Shift pattern: 10pm–8am
This Support Worker role offers ongoing training and qualifications, so whether you already work in care or are new to the sector, you’ll gain real skills and confidence.
