LIFE by Be Caring is looking to recruit full-time Support Workers to join our learning disabilities team across Newcastle. As a Support Worker you will support people to live happy and fulfilled lives within their local communities.

Ensuring individual support needs are met through person-centred tailored support that promotes choice, independence and their voice.

Pay: £12.25 p/hr (non-complex rate) - £12.80 p/hr (complex rate)

Bonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, up to £300 Refer a Friend, up to £400 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher.

We have various Support Worker roles available:

• Male Support Workers - Across Newcastle working within various services.
• Full and part time roles - Shifts vary but our recruitment team will discuss this with you further.
• Weekend working on a rota basis.
