Job summary

Blue Triangle Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide practical and emotional support in safe, supported housing for people experiencing homelessness in Clydebank. The role involves working with a team to help clients achieve personal outcomes and independence.

The position is permanent and full-time (35 hours per week). Successful candidates will register with the Scottish Social Services Council within 3 months and pursue ongoing professional learning with company support.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience with vulnerable people and challenging behaviour preferred.
• Ability to relate empathetically and support independence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent applications.
• Flexible and able to work as a lone worker.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, secure, supported accommodation and practical/emotional support.
• Coordinate with case management to achieve person-centred outcomes.
• Maintain and update recording systems and occupancy documentation.
• Plan and facilitate key work meetings and reviews.
• Offer advocacy and guidance to help meet occupancy conditions.
