Job summary

Blue Triangle (Glasgow) Housing Association Limited seeks a Support Worker to join our Alexandria service in West Dunbartonshire. You will help provide safe, secure, supported accommodation and support residents to achieve positive personal outcomes.

The role is full-time (35 hours per week) on a 4-week rolling rota. We value passion for helping people, experience with vulnerable groups, and flexibility including lone working.

Qualifications

• Experience with vulnerable people and challenging behaviour.
• Commitment to SSSc code of practice and related standards.
• Ability to work flexibly and as a lone worker.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, secure, supported accommodation for homeless people.
• Support, review and assess progress using the case management system.
• Maintain recording systems and documentation promptly.
• Plan and facilitate key work meetings and reviews.
• Provide advocacy and advice to enable occupancy compliance.
