Blue Triangle Limited is recruiting a Support Worker in Falkirk to provide safe, supported accommodation for people experiencing homelessness. You will offer practical and emotional support to help individuals achieve personal outcomes.

The role requires 1 year of relevant experience, commitment to the SSSC code, and the ability to work flexibly as a lone worker; Microsoft Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience with vulnerable people or similar setting.
• Commitment to SSSC Code of Practice and National Care Standards.
• Empathy and respect for client autonomy.
• Flexible and able to work as a lone worker.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide safe, secure, supported accommodation.
• Review and monitor progress using case management system.
• Maintain and update recording systems and documentation.
• Plan and facilitate key work meetings and reviews.
• Provide advocacy and guidance to enable occupancy conditions.
