Blue Triangle Limited is recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team in West Dunbartonshire, Alexandria. This full-time role (35 hours per week) focuses on providing practical and emotional support to people experiencing homelessness in safe, supported accommodation.

You will work with a dedicated team, follow care plans, update records, and participate in key meetings and reviews. A genuine passion for helping people and flexibility are essential, with SVQ qualifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people.
• Ideally 1 year experience with vulnerable people.
• Commitment to care practice per SSSC/NCS/Regulations.
• Ability to relate empathetically and respect independence.
• Flexible and capable of lone working.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or equivalents.
• Willing to pursue SVQ 3.
• Registration with relevant regulatory bodies promised.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, secure, supported accommodation as part of a team.
• Support, monitor and evaluate outcomes via the case management system.
• Maintain and update occupancy and recording documentation on time.
• Plan and facilitate key work meetings and reviews with care plans.
• Provide advocacy and guidance to enable occupancy conditions.
