Blue Triangle Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Glasgow team. You will help provide safe, supported accommodation and offer practical and emotional support to residents aged 16–35 experiencing homelessness.

Qualifications

• Experience with vulnerable people or in care settings is preferred.
• Commitment to Scottish Social Services Council and National Care Standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, secure, supported accommodation and practical emotional support.
• Carry out weekly keyworking, reviews and risk assessments.
• Maintain records and documentation in line with policies.
• Plan and facilitate key work meetings and sessions.
• Provide advocacy and guidance to help residents meet occupancy requirements.
