Blue Triangle Housing Association Limited seeks a dedicated Support Worker to provide safe, secure, and supported accommodation for people who use our services in Paisley. You will contribute to positive personal outcomes through practical and emotional support within a 35-hour-a-week rota.

Role involves day and backshift patterns on a 4-week rolling rota, including weekend work. You will work with the team to meet residents' needs while pursuing registration with the SSSC and ongoing

Qualifikationen

• 1 year experience working with vulnerable people (personal/voluntary/professional).
• Commitment to care practice per SSSC code and National Care Standards.
• Ability to relate empathetically and support independent choice.
• Flexible working and ability to work as a lone worker.

Aufgaben

• Provide safe, secure, supported accommodation for homeless people.
• Review, monitor and evaluate progress using our case management system.
• Maintain records and documentation within required timeframes.
• Lead or support key work meetings and reviews as per support plan.
