Job summary

Blue Triangle Clydebank is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide safe, secure, supported accommodation for people experiencing homelessness. You will deliver practical and emotional support to help individuals achieve their personal outcomes in daily life.

The role is permanent, 35 hours per week, with shift work on a 4‑week rota including some weekend work. You will work with a team, maintain records, support key meetings, and advocate for service users within relevant policies and

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering practical and emotional support to vulnerable people.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to support individuals.
• Familiarity with relevant standards and policies (SSSC, National Care Standards).

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide safe, secure, supported accommodation for homeless people.
• Support, review, monitor and evaluate through case management to achieve client-centred outcomes.
• Maintain and update records and documentation in line with policies and occupancy agreements.
• Plan and facilitate key work meetings and review sessions with service users and their plans.
• Provide advocacy and guidance to help individuals meet occupancy conditions.
