Blue Triangle Limited is seeking a Housing Assistant for the Paisley Abercorn Service. The position is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a salary of £26,228 per annum, placed in Paisley.

Applicants will be expected to register with the Scottish Social Services Council within 3 months and engage in ongoing professional learning. We offer extensive benefits and training, including CPD, fully funded SVQ3, pension options, and a supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people.
• Ideally 1 year of experience with vulnerable people or challenging behaviour.
• Commitment to care standards per SSSC and National Care Standards.
• Ability to relate empathetically and respect independence.
• Ability to work flexibly and as a lone worker.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• SVQ 2 or higher, willing to progress to SVQ 3.

Responsibilities

• Housing Assistant role involves working on a rota covering set day and back shifts weekly, including some weekend work.
