Overview

Make a real difference in a brand-new supported living service! We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Support Worker to join our friendly Care and Support team at Highfields Street, a new supported living service for young adults with learning disabilities in Coalville, Leicestershire.

You’ll provide 1:1 support to help individuals build confidence, develop daily living skills, and thrive in their community.

Shift Patterns

This is a 24-hour service, operating 7 days a week. Shifts include:

  • 7:00am – 2:30pm
  • 2:30pm – 10:00pm
  • 10:00pm – 7:00am (waking nights)

Weekend availability is essential.

Important Location Info

Highfields Street is not easily accessible by public transport, especially during early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Access to a car or reliable transport is strongly recommended.
