A supported living provider in Telford is recruiting Support Workers to assist individuals in living independently and engaging with their community. Responsibilities include providing emotional support, promoting individual health and well-being, and assisting with daily tasks. Ideal candidates are compassionate and committed, ideally with experience in caring for those with learning disabilities. We are recruiting Support Workers/Carers in Telford to support people to live in and be part of the local community, within a supported living environment. Our services are about helping people to get out in the community and make the most of their time in their own homes.
Whilst fully embracing the company ethos support workers provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they want to live.
Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
