A leading support services organization in Scotland is seeking passionate Support Workers to join their team. The successful candidates will provide practical and emotional support to empower individuals with learning disabilities and associated needs. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with a focus on creating a supportive environment. We are seeking Support Workers to join our team in Doune, near Stirling.
Whilst fully embracing the company ethos support workers provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they want to live.

Hours: Full-time and Part-time.

You will be supported by a management structure that will include a Team Leader, Scheme Manager and the Registered Manager who will all be committed to creating an environment for you in which you will feel supported, encouraged and inspired to deliver the best support you are capable of on a daily basis. We have 2 Services located in Scotland, supporting young adults who have a primary diagnosis of a learning disability and may also have mental health or autism support needs and behaviors that can challenge. Our Services are led by the Registered Manager's who has a wealth of experience within the sector; committed and devoted to developing excellence and talent.
