A housing and care services provider in the UK is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to help individuals live independently. The role involves assisting with daily tasks, personal care, and social activities. Candidates should demonstrate empathy, patience, and effective communication. A full driving license is preferred, and the position is on a zero-hour contract basis. Mears Group provides housing and care services across the UK, with a strong focus on supported living. We’re currently looking for Support Workers in Macduff and nearby areas to join our team.
In this role, you’ll help people live independently by supporting them with daily tasks, personal care and social activities at home and in the community. You’ll be part of a caring team that treats every individual with respect and compassion.
No two days are the same, and you’ll find real reward in making a difference to someone’s life. Because of the rural location, a full UK driving licence is preferred.
