A leading care service provider in Turriff is seeking Support Workers to assist individuals in daily tasks and personal care, offering a rewarding environment. Mears Group provides housing and care services across the UK, with a strong focus on supported living. We’re currently looking for Support Workers in Turriff, there will be a mixture of Full Time, Part Time and weekend shifts available.
In this role, you’ll help people live independently by supporting them with daily tasks, personal care and social activities at home and in the community. You’ll be part of a caring team that treats every individual with respect and compassion.
No two days are the same, and you’ll find real reward in making a difference to someone’s life. Because of the rural location, a full UK driving licence is preferred.

Our Support Workers experience variety and a huge sense of reward and achievement in their daily activities where no two days are the same and we place huge emphasis the fact that our customers are individuals, at Mears Supported Living we feel they all deserve to be treated as such.
