Live‑In Carer – Dorset (Regular Ongoing Bookings)

Location: Multiple locations in Dorset

Job Type: Live‑In Care | Regular Bookings | Minimum 1 Week per Assignment

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced female Live‑In Carer to support an elderly client in their own house.

Qualifications
  • Full manual driving licence
  • Experience driving an adapted mobility vehicle
  • Confidence supporting someone with mental health needs, a PEG feed, and who uses a wheelchair
  • Ability to support someone whose communication varies; listening beyond words
  • A calm, genuine presence with a great sense of humour and deep respect for others

  • Supporting meaningful activities and encouraging engagement in the community
  • Promoting social interaction and overall well‑being
  • Helping with household tasks to maintain a clean, comfortable, and organised home

We specialise in the LD&A division: Learning Disabilities & Autism, Bespoke, and Team Brain Injury. Working Hours & Pay
  • Sleep in £9.50, Day rate £13.50 & Waking night rate £14.53 per hour (Weekly or Monthly pay)
  • Shift Pattern: 8:00 am – 20:00 pm and 20:00 pm – 8:00 am.
  • You must be able to work full‑time hours at 36 hours per week.
  • Day: 6 hours per day (full‑time) – Domiciliary Carer Gloucester and Surrounding Areas Salary: £13–£26 per hour.
