A community care organization in Greater London is seeking Support Workers to provide care to individuals with learning and physical disabilities. The role offers full-time and part-time options, with no prior experience required as training is provided. Responsibilities include personal care, administering medication, and supporting daily living tasks. An ideal candidate is committed to making a positive difference in people's lives and enjoys flexible shifts. A UK Driving Licence is desirable, and applications are encouraged as soon as possible.

We are currently recruiting full-time and part-time support workers in Lewisham. We provide care and support to adults with a range of learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and complex needs.
As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver excellent care, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity and engage directly with our wider community. This is more than just a job – you will be helping the people we support gain independence and live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.
This role is ideal for people committed to making a positive difference in individual’s lives, including experienced support workers, graduates and those seeking a stimulating career path into social care.
You do not need to have experience in care or support work. We will provide full training and induction to support you in your new role as a support worker.
Whether you have previous experience working in the care sector or are looking to build a career in the industry, we want to hear from you.
