Support Worker - Male – Trowbridge

We are looking for a reliable, motivated male Support Worker to join our small 3‑bed Service in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. This is a Full‑Time role, 37.5 hours per week, £12.50 per hour. Shifts vary across a 2‑week rolling rota, including weekends and bank holidays.

Job Overview

Our 3 residents call Lilac Grove home. Your goal is to empower each individual to live the life they choose. Daily activities range from washing and cleaning to swimming, day trips, theatre and exploring the countryside.

Responsibilities
  • Support everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, medication and financial management.
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene.
  • Facilitate community visits for shopping and social activities.
  • Actively promote independence and quality of life.
Qualifications
  • Positive, can‑do attitude with enthusiasm.
  • Caring, empathetic and passionate about enhancing lives.
  • Experience supporting people with complex needs.
  • Knowledge of BSL or other communication methods.
  • Flexible, willing to work all shifts (07:00‑22:00).
  • Full UK driver’s licence; willingness to drive the Sense vehicle desirable.
  • Willingness to attend training as needed.
