Overview

Im a young man living at home with my dad and our friendly dog. I have a good sense of humour and enjoy being around people who are relaxed, respectful, and kind. I have complex health needs, including the use of a PEG and non-invasive ventilation to support my breathing. I require 24/7 care and support and Im looking for a reliable, caring personal assistant to join my small, dedicated team. My care is a mix of clinical and personal support.

Responsibilities
  • Help with daily routines, personal care, and monitoring of my equipment.
  • Assist with accessing the community.
  • Ensure shifts are well-structured and support is available when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Live locally or have access to a car due to remote location and limited public transport.
  • Commit to regular shifts with some flexibility to cover holidays or sickness.
  • Be confident, attentive, and willing to learn (experience with PEG care or non‑invasive ventilation not required).
  • Be comfortable working in a home environment and respecting established routines.
  • Be good with dogs.
Hours

37 hours per week. Shifts include day shift: 7am‑5pm and waking night shift: 10pm‑7am. Additional hours may be available.

Pay

Mon‑Fri day: £15.26 per hour. Weekend, waking night, and bank holiday rate: £19.84 per hour.
