A leading organization in Cardiff is seeking dedicated support workers to join their team at Oak House. This permanent, full-time role involves using a strength-based approach to assist residents experiencing homelessness in achieving independence and maintaining their tenancy. The successful candidate will also handle housing management tasks and contribute to personal safety planning. In this role, you will employ a strength and asset-based, psychologically informed approach to support residents in maintaining their tenancy and developing independence.
You will also contribute to housing management by addressing anti-social behaviour, assisting in personal safety planning, and regularly updating resident files.
