Job summary

Blue Triangle Limited in Paisley is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join our housing services. You will work as part of a team providing safe, secure, supported accommodation for homeless people and assist the Service Manager in overseeing case management, reviews and quality assurance.

You will help supervise staff, support service delivery, and ensure compliance with SSSc standards. The role is full-time (35 hours/week) with a competitive salary and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• SVQ3+ required; willingness to progress to SVQ4.
• Experience supervising and motivating a team.
• Experience working with vulnerable people and challenging behaviour.
• Able to use Microsoft Office proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team providing safe, secure, supported accommodation for homeless people.
• Assist the Service Manager to oversee and assess support, review and monitoring through the case management system.
• Manage staff and others to meet service objectives, including recruitment and selection.
• Manage the service in the absence of the Service Manager.
• Assist in managing all aspects of the service in line with statutory requirements.
• Deliver staff systems and procedures such as leave, absence management, rotas.
• Assist in quality assurance monitoring and action planning; support financial procedures.
