Blue Triangle is a social care organisation based in Paisley that provides housing-related support to people experiencing homelessness. The role of Assistant Service Manager involves leading a team, overseeing care delivery, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred support in a secure, supportive environment.

You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend attendances in exceptional circumstances.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of working with vulnerable people and challenging behaviour.
• Experience supervising and motivating a team either in a work setting or informal setting.
• Commitment to care practice in line with SSSc and local standards.

Aufgaben

• Provide safe, secure, supported accommodation for homeless people as part of a team.
• Assist Service Manager to oversee support and case management to achieve person-centred outcomes.
• Manage staff and trainees to meet service objectives and participate in recruitment.
• Cover the service in the absence of the Service Manager.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
• Oversee staff systems: annual leave, absence, rotas and meetings.
• Support quality assurance and action planning with senior management and finance.
• Contribute to monitoring service income and expenditures.
