Job summary

Blue Triangle Limited is seeking an Area Manager to oversee operational management for services in Oban & Inverness. You will report to the Head of Service Delivery and ensure safe, supported accommodation for homeless people while aligning with the organisation's vision.

The role involves 35 hours per week, with travel for interviews and expenses to be discussed. Requires SSSC registration and SVQ4, plus experience leading teams.

Qualifications

• Registered manager with SSSC is required.
• Minimum SCQF Level 9 (SVQ4) is required.
• Experience in managing and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and management to service teams.
• Ensure services meet Association Quality Performance standards and Care Inspectorate Standards.
• Develop relationships with Care Inspectorate, Commissioners and Local Authorities.
• Contribute to Service Development and Evaluation in line with legislation.
