A regional NHS trust in Doncaster seeks a Support Service Assistant to maintain cleanliness in the hospital facilities and assist with the catering service. The role requires GCSE in English and Mathematics, experience in cleaning or catering is preferred but full training will be provided. Applicants should be committed to completing an NVQ Level 2 in Cleaning and Support Services within 18 months of employment.

Applicants must be able to achieve a high standard of cleanliness and provide a safe hospital environment for staff, patients and visitors in accordance with the National Standards of Cleanliness and customer care. Catering service is also provided to ward areas, so experience in catering services is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
